Translation adminship for Tausheef Hassan

Hello. I would like to formally request translation administrator rights on Commons. For some time, I have been systematically updating and maintaining Bangladeshi licenses and documentation to ensure they meet internationalization standards. Below is a summary of my recent work involving translation markup:

Licenses

I am currently working on onboarding more Bangladeshi licenses, specifically targeting CC-BY and CC-BY-SA journals and various Open Educational Resources (OER). Having these rights will allow me to set up translation units immediately upon creation.

I am leading the effort to update COM:Bangladesh, which is currently outdated. I have initiated a discussion at COM:VPC#FoP in Bangladesh. If consensus is reached (and I think it have), it will trigger a significant overhaul of local policy pages; being a translation admin will allow me to manage these multilingual updates seamlessly.

I have also joined as technical lead of Bangla WikiConnect that regularly hosts contests on several wikimedia projects including wikimedia commons. This year we are arranging Wiki loves Earth 2026. I have also prepared this page for translation diff. I understand not to manually add <!--T:n-->, I can properly use tvar tags and I know best practices for table and list as demonstrated in the diff.
